As of April 24, 2026, all materials shared with students, including documents inside bCourses course sites that are not public, should meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This results from updates to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) released in 2024.

The most difficult aspect of this is ensuring that PDFs, in particular PDFs with equations, are accessible.
